The Personnel Department works in personal and social security administration, having the following main activities:
- Preparation of payroll and calculation of social charges;
- Registration of hired professionals (admission and updates);
- Preparation and production of information for submission to the Ministry of Labour Employment;
- Preparation of annual reports for the government, such as DIRF, RAIS and Income Reports;
- Preparation of holiday concession monitoring maps;
- Monitoring of Agreements, Conventions / Collective Labor Agreements;
- Assistance in attending fiscalization.
